Audio Issues

For issues pertaining to the audio being out of sync with the video, we recommend turning your TV off and on again, changing the channel and returning to the channel, or unplugging your TV for 30 seconds and plug it back in again. If you continue to have issues, or are experiencing a different type of audio issue, please submit a ticket for our internal review here.
